Net 30 days with approved credit F.O.B Hartwell, GA (Unless otherwise started). 1.5% per month finance charge will be applied to all past due balances. There may be special terms for first orders, orders above catalog quantities, direct imports, or non-inventory items. Visa & MasterCard accepted for prepayments.

Return Authorization Required. All returns & claims must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

All purchase orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without factory authorization. Any cancellations must be prior to printing and production. Costs incurred on art and screens will be billed plus a 10% restocking fee.

Changes may delay the original ship date and result in additional art charges, screen charges, or restocking fees if order has already been pulled. If production has started, changes cannot be accepted.

Blank Goods: no minimums. Shipped Same Day if received by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard time and specified on order.

Artwork proof and Order Acknowledgement is faxed with all new orders and must be signed and approved prior to production.

Samples can be purchased at EQP less 25% plus freight, net 30 days. Limit three per item per year.

All orders are considered complete with a 5% over/under run.

Best way unless otherwise stated. Any surcharges for address corrections, residential delivery, etc. will be billed to the distributor.

First screen printing run charge included in pricing. All additional colors and locations are as follows: Tote Bags - $1.20 (p), Coolers, Cooler Totes, Duffels & Umbrellas – $1.50 (p), Blankets, Chairs and Umbrella Sleeves - $2.00 (p)
